Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Each item is inspected and carefully packed prior to dispatch.
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide using reliable courier services with tracking. Depending on the destination, shipments may be handled by Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, or equivalent international carriers.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, or expected delivery, with relevant details and photographs where applicable.
