Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact DialArchives as soon as possible. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Please keep all packaging materials until the matter has been reviewed. DialArchives will review the issue and assist with the carrier claim process where applicable.
