At DialArchives, each order is prepared with care before dispatch. Due to the delicate and collectible nature of watches, pocket watches, stopwatches, clocks, and writing instruments, items are packed securely using protective packaging suitable for transit.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.
Australia-Wide Shipping
DialArchives currently ships orders within Australia using tracked postal or courier services, including Australia Post or equivalent delivery providers.
Standard shipping within Australia is $11 AUD, or free for orders $100 AUD and over.
Estimated standard delivery after dispatch is approximately 3–5 business days.
Express shipping within Australia is $15 AUD.
Estimated express delivery after dispatch is approximately 1–2 business days.
Tracking is provided where available. Secure packaging is used for watches and collectibles. Signature on delivery may be used where appropriate.
International Shipping
DialArchives currently ships within Australia. International shipping may be available only to countries shown at checkout. Shipping cost, duties, taxes, and estimated delivery time are shown before payment where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, item type, order value, and available carrier options. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customers can review the full order total, including product price and shipping cost, before completing payment.
Packaging
All items are packed carefully using protective packaging. Where an item includes a box, papers, or accessories, these will be included only where clearly shown in the product photos or stated in the product listing.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders, where available, may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
DialArchives is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges applied by customs authorities in the destination country.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
DialArchives is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Insurance & Signature Delivery
Where appropriate, shipments may include tracking, signature delivery, or insurance based on the value and nature of the item.
If you require additional shipping coverage or a specific delivery method, please contact us before dispatch.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact DialArchives as soon as possible.
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the issue and assist with the carrier claim process where applicable. Please keep all packaging materials until the matter has been reviewed.
